Operators are on duty around the clock to respond to any signals which the system may transmit. The monitoring element of a security system is very important, as it is the swift and caring response of the central office staff which gets the proper authorities to the location, should a violation occur. The monitoring staff's number one priority is the well being of our customers. In addition to receiving the burglary or fire alarm signals, battery strength and AC power is also monitored.
